We are grateful for the encouragement and generosity shown toward the vision of creating the Redding Tai Chi Meditation Garden.

We regret to notify you that the plans to build the Garden within the McConnell Arboretum and Botanical Gardens will not be moving forward, as Turtle Bay’s leadership team was unable to support locating the project at that site. The “Future Location” sign will be removed, and we are now at a crossroads: either to explore a new location for the Garden or to dissolve the nonprofit and distribute donated funds to another nonprofit organization whose mission aligns with our values of health, well-being, meditation, cultural awareness, and education.

We will keep the community updated as next steps are decided, and we thank you sincerely for your continued support.
